General Maintenance

WCTNZ® provides a Maintenance Training package, built into the price of the Kazuba™ system, to help you maximize the success of your dry toilet facility. In just 1-2 hours, your team will receive the necessary training to ensure effective system care, including proper cleaning and maintenance techniques.

Ongoing maintenance will include:

General day-to-day cleaning—this can be done by your team or an established cleaning agency. WCTNZ® will provide training to your nominated cleaner, covering the specific nuances of cleaning a dry toilet system.

Basic system servicing—a designated maintenance person will perform routine servicing, ensuring the system operates efficiently and removing dry matter when necessary. This individual can be part of your existing team, such as groundsman, rangers, or other staff, and will be trained by WCTNZ® to carry out the essential tasks for maintaining the system’s performance.

Warranty system maintenance by WCTNZ®

Warranty system maintenance involves our experts visiting to assess the condition of the building, provide necessary building treatments, and inspect the technical components of both the building and the system. This ensures that all elements are properly maintained and compliant with the ongoing maintenance warranty.
