    Pricing Terms for Retail Customers registered on our website

    Sales Page Offers: Sales are available under the Sale page. The sale price is limited to one item per customer. Discounts cannot be combined with other sales or discounts.

    WCTNZ Trade 10

    Pricing Terms for Trade Customers registered on our website

    TRADE10 Discount: Provides a fixed 10% on the G.S.T exclusive pricing. Discounts cannot be combined with other sales or discounts.
    Online Bulk Purchase Price Breaks: "The more you buy, the more you save" is available on selected items.
    Bulk Rate Priority: The bulk rate is second to the trade price. Discounts cannot be combined with other sales or discounts.
    Special Cases: If you feel you have a special case and would like us to give it some consideration, please contact us on 0800 022 027

    Terms and Conditions

    To hold a Trade10 account, you need to maintain the following:

    Minimum Purchase Requirement: $3,000 of purchases every 6 months.
    Grace Period: If this hasn't occurred, you will be notified and provided with a 1-month grace period to fulfil the purchasing requirement, otherwise, the account will revert to the standard purchasing price.
    Reinstating a Trade10 account after cancellation: If your account is cancelled due to failure to satisfy Trade10 purchasing requirements, you will need to purchase $3,000 worth of goods at standard price within 6 months. Afterwards, your Trade10 account can be reactivated.

     

    Wholesale and Bulk Purchase Accounts
    Ideal for large-scale orders and project needs

    Availability: Nature Loo™ Alectura Range*

    Minimum Order Requirement: Wholesale orders require a minimum of 25 units.
    Exclusive Discounts: Bulk orders qualify for a larger discount off the tax-exclusive price.
    Purchase Orders: Orders must be placed using an official Purchase Order.
    Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before processing and delivery. Credit terms are not available for wholesale orders.
    Delivery Confirmation: Delivery timelines will be confirmed upon order approval.

    Store Credit Program

    About Store Credit

    Store Credit is equivalent to monetary value and can be used towards purchases of any goods on the WCTNZ® online store.
    Store Credit is available to account holders only. If you have lost your account details please follow the Reset Account steps or call us to find your details.

    — 1 Store Credit has the equivalent value of 1 NZD spent in the WCTNZ® online store.
    — Store Credit cannot be used on WCTNZ® services outside the online store.
    — Store Credit is not redeemable for cash.
    — Store Credit is valid for 365 days.

    Earn Store Credit by:

    — Reviewing products you have purchased from WCTNZ®
    Submitting a Testimonial about your experience with WCTNZ®

    Product Reviews

    Instructions: Log into your WCTNZ® account, go to Order History, select your product and review on the Product Review tab.

    Conditions:

    1. Product reviews are to be completed through the customer's WCTNZ® online account.
    2. Only products purchased under the account are available for review.
    3. Each product review is rewarded with 10 Store Credits.

    Testimonials

    Instructions: Fill out the Testimonial Form here or send us an email detailing your experience with WCTNZ® to sales@wctnz.co.nz

    Conditions:

    1. You must have a confirmed history of engaging with WCTNZ® to submit a Testimonial and receive Store Credit.
    2. Testimonials that are not linked to known engagement will not be accepted and will not receive Store Credit.
    3. Testimonials are reviewed by WCTNZ® and may be made public on our website and social media accounts.
    4. You must have a WCTNZ® online account to receive Store Credit.
    5. Each testimonial is rewarded with 20 Store Credits.
