          User Account Management Policy

          USER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT POLICY

          We reserve the right to modify the policy governing user accounts at any time. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the account after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.

          Account Deletion

          You have the right to request the deletion of your account at any time. To initiate the account deletion process, please submit a written request to our customer support team at support@wctnz.co.nz or through the account settings page on our website. Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and process the account deletion within 30 days. Please note that once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. Any ongoing subscriptions or services tied to your account will be cancelled upon deletion.

          Account Inactivity

          If your account remains inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

          1. Send a notification to your registered email address, reminding you of your account's inactive status.
          2. If no response is received within 30 days of the notification, we may suspend your account access.
          3. After an additional 60 days of inactivity following suspension, we may terminate your account and delete or anonymize any personal information associated with it, in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws.

          To reactivate a suspended account, you must log in and update your account information before the termination period.

          Account Termination

          We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of our terms of service, engaging in illegal activities, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect our services or other users. In such cases, we will provide you with written notice of termination to the email address associated with your account. You may also choose to terminate your account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Upon termination, whether initiated by you or us, your access to the services will be immediately revoked, and we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws.
